Salkımlı Çeşme: Water and Light Watercolor Workshop
# Wisteria Fountain: Water and Light Workshop In this special workshop, where we will work together on two of watercolor's most magical subjects, we will bring to life the crystal-clear water pouring from a stone fountain and the soft texture of the wisteria blossoms above it. Designed specifically for advanced and master artists, the "Wisteria Fountain" workshop promises a sophisticated composition in A3 format. ## What You Will Learn in This Workshop? **Water Flow and Droplet Effects** You will learn how to convincingly paint the water flowing from the tap, the ripples in the fountain basin, and the water droplets floating in the air. Special techniques for using negative white paper and light reflections will be shared. **Wisteria Texture Study** We will show you how to achieve the soft, scattered form of wisteria using the wet-on-wet technique. Natural-looking flower clusters with color layering, negative space, and dynamic brushstrokes. **Atmospheric Background** The art of creating wet-on-wet transitions for the background, blending soft purple and earth tones, and creating a sense of depth. **Metal and Stone Textures** Layering and granulation techniques to realistically render the textures of vintage brass taps and stone fountain basins. **Play of Light** The ability to capture shimmer on the water, light filtering through clusters of flowers, and atmospheric light throughout the composition. ## Workshop Details **Level:** Advanced / Master **Duration:** 3.5-4 hours live stream **Format:** A3 size worksheet **Access:** Workshop recordings available for viewing for 2 months **Materials:** Professional watercolors (palette with predominantly purple tones), Arches or similar high-quality paper, masking fluid recommended ## Who is it for?
