Using watercolor and ink (dip quill), meticulously paint a historic stone bridge, a city skyline, and its reflections in the water. This workshop will teach you how to create a line & wash foundation with ink and dip quill, then apply watercolor to sky and ground washes, architectural perspective, vibrant water reflections, and the balance of warm and cool colors (the warmth of autumn trees versus the cool blue of the water). The combination of line and paint adds both a solid structure and a fluid, artistic feel to the composition. Intermediate to advanced level. Progress at your own pace; reference images included.
